Diet Of Football Players

A lot of people want to know the food footballers eat to stay healthy and fit. All the posh and fancy tableware they have in their kitchen, I don’t think it ever comes in use because from what they earn they probably have a chef to do the cooking? They do earn a lot of money. Having saying that there are some football players who love to cook but what do the others do who have no clue on how to cook?

All footballers have to eat healthy food to remain fit and healthy. They workout hard in the field and the gym so their body need food fuel. Al parts of body will require food after hard football training. A combination of fats, vitamins, minerals and proteins will heal micro tears from exercise.

A lot of football players drink protein shake, eat white meat and seafood (which provides protein) after their training in the field or at the gym. Seafood like salmon and tuna is good for repairing tendons, ligaments and bones. They also provide protein. After a run it also helps rebuild muscles. White meat provides more protein than the red meat, hence it is recommended to everyone who likes to stay fit and healthy not just the footballers.

Nutritionists advise footballers to have some carbohydrates too along with protein, as just protein is not good for the body. Human body needs to consume some carbs and fat. Not a lot is required roasted peanuts have some fat, you can eat them in the afternoon everyday to consume some fat.

Footballers can afford to eat out everyday to be honest so they don’t have to do the cooking themselves. Most of them have it all planned what to eat during morning, afternoon and evening. Football players such as David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Robbie Fowler love cooking and have their own diet. Them three have huge kitchen at their premises and all types of kitchen accessories available for cooking.

Football players are not allowed to drink too much beer so they probably don’t have beer glasses at their homes.

Coke Cola Pepsi May Boost Blood Pressure In Ladies

Ladies who drink lots of coffee can relax. However people that drink plenty of coke could have a problem: high blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure isn’t good. It’s connected to heart diseases and cva. There’s been a whole lot of worry that everyday coffee drinkers may be at elevated danger of high blood pressure. But that is not the case.

Studies showed that Ladies who drank only one caffeinated cola drink every day had a slightly greater risk of excessive blood pressure. And that threat went up as ladies drank more daily colas, says researcher Wolfgang C. Winkelmayer, MD, ScD, of Brigham and Women Hospital and Harvard University in Boston.

“We did find an affiliation between intake of pepsi beverages, whether regular or diet, and increased danger of hypertension,” Winkelmayer tells WebMD. “No previous studies instructed such an association. But the finding was consistent, both for younger and adult ladies. We were very astonished.”

Colas in the research included Coke, Pepsi, and other darkish-coloured sodas.
Winkelmayer and colleagues state their findings in the Nov. 9 issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association. The study reveals a strong connection between high blood pressure and caffeinated coke consumption. But it surely doesn’t show pepsi drinks cause high blood pressure.

Even so, coke consuming remained a risk factor even when the researchers compared only ladies matched for age, weight, alcohol use, previous problem with high blood pressure, use of contraception pills, physical exercise, smoking, and use of different classes of drinks.

There are components in coke drinks — corn syrup in sugared colas and caramel coloring in both sugared and diet colas — which may trigger excessive blood pressure. That is far from confirmed, Winkelmayer hastens to point out.

“Clearly, at this point, we must be very cautious and require additional analysis to verify this result he says. “If pepsi consuming is, actually, a reason behind high blood pressure, it will be essential to identify the biological mechanism that makes this happen. We have to perceive what it’s that generates this link. This agent must be discovered.”

Even so, the link between cola and hypertension worries Richard Milani, MD, head of preventive cardiology at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans.

The unexpected and somewhat alarming conclusion of this survey is this very strong and increasing risk of high blood pressure as women drink increasingly more coke. That is very, concerning, on account of even larger quantity of pepsi consumption in U.S. children. Find out more about Diabetes Symptoms Treatment and EECP Therapy by visiting these hyperlinks.
