If you are looking for a wedding bouquet to buy, the best idea would be to look for your local flower shop who grow flowers locally to keep the freshness on it till you give the flowers away to the bride and the groom. Most florists these days have many choices of flowers depending on the season. Best things about florists are they stack flowers seasonally so if you are attending a summer wedding then you can easily pick summer wedding flowers and so on for winter, spring and autumn.
Some florists do not grow flowers locally so you might have to do some research online on where to find fresh and locally grown wedding flowers. There are several types of wedding bouquets you can get from posy wedding bouquet, shower wedding bouquet (traditional teardrop shape) to arm wedding bouquet.
Posy bouquet gives a graceful look to flowers in a traditional way. Normally this bouquet is made of tulips, peonies and roses. Shower flower bouquet is off teardrop shape as I have mentioned above. This bouquet can be made out of any flowers you desire. Arm bouquet is more suited for long flowers like lilies. In the wedding you will see many different flower bouquets being presented to the bride and the groom and most of them are normally of what I mentioned above.
I know choosing flower is a tough thing to do when it comes to the Wedding, so you should really take your time while buying one and do some research. Many people around the countryside have a lovely garden where they grow flowers and use them to create an unique bouquet for special occasions like wedding, anniversaries and birthday. It is something unique and different. I was born in a third world country where we grew vegetables and flowers in our garden and so did other households. When I was a kid me and my friends used to pick flowers from our garden and then create a beautiful bouquet and give it to our teachers when we didn’t do our homework and trust me we used to get away with it. Whether it is funeral flowers or wedding flowers creating your own bouquet if you have a garden full of flowers will suit any occasion.

According to behavioural research and some doctors flowers are meant to be really good for your health. Since the research results some have asked if any flowers are good for health or do they have to fresh? The answer is yes, why? Because it’s common sense, you are not going to take saggy or dryed up flowers to the hospital if you are visiting someone.
Why do people send flowers to their loved once in the hospitals? Because it triggers happy emotions. Flowers apparently makes people happy. I have never felt that way but may be it’s just me and after this research may be I should really start believing it. Nowadays by the use of the Internet you can send flowers online and have it delivered to wherever you wish to. Not so long ago this quote of “flower makes us happy” was just an opinion from people now science shows that not only do flowers makes us but also grows positive effects on our well being. Now even florists and flowers are moving forward with the world, as now they have flowers for all occasions like birthday flowers, birthday flowers, funeral flowers, well being flowers and even sympathy flowers.
Hospital ordering new fresh flowers everyday; this is one example of how they believe that flowers can be good for health. You will see for yourself when you visit someone at the hospital, you will see people bringing either flowers or fruits or even both for their loved once, another example of putting a smile and making them feel good in difficult circumstances.
You are basically conveying a message to someone by saying you care. Flowers simple convey messages of love such as I am sorry or I love you or I want your money ( I am just kidding). It is also used to wish someone the best on various occasions as I mentioned above. This just touches the person on an emotional level. This is another example of how you can put a smile on someone’s face. Smile can lead to good health.
So every time you go to the hospital to see someone make sure you have some fresh flowers with yourself.
